When we arrived, we received a warm welcome. Our rooms were clean and comfortable; just a little small. The hotel is very central although we had to park our car a 5-10 min walk away (free on street parking) so just bear that in mind. There's an honesty bar which I like the idea of but we didn't find time to make use of that. The hotel is a little drab but is clean and is excellent value for money. I would recommend staying here.

Just returned from a three night stay on a bed and breakfast basis.

On previous trips to Blackpool we have always stayed in one of the chain hotels so were not quite sure what to expect. On arrival we were greeted warmly and offered tea and coffee which was a lovely welcome after the journey down. Our room was nice, with everything we could require, tv on the wall and tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished daily. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and always to such a high standard that it felt we had just arrived!

In my opinion the best feature of the hotel was the service which was the best I have experienced, you really felt looked after. A highlight for me was the breakfast, being a vegetarian a cooked breakfast in hotels for myself usually consists of beans on toast. However on arrival we were asked if we had any special dietary requirements and every morning I had my own vegetarian sausages which was lovely.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of blackpool behind coral Island which meant a short walk, handy if you need to drop off bags after shopping, but there was never any noise at night.

All in all had a fantastic time and would certainly visit again!

We arrive to a very nice welcome & a pot of tea & chat with the owner - very good.
Parked car in secure car park just up the road - £8 for the night - very good - you can ask the hotel to book this for you which I would recommend.
We were in room 12a which was ok but does need some work with tiles falling off the bathroom window surround and the shower control area is poorly finished off, as I'm sure the owners would agree.
The bed was comfortable and clean, as was the room.
Breakfast was good - self service style.
Great location for opera house & winter gardens.
All in all, we would stay again.

pointed to secure car parking very reasonably priced. would definately return, our friend from Germany was also very impressed with the welcome and standard of accomodation.
close to all main entertainment facilities what more could we want?
breakfast next morning was everything we could want hot & well prepared.
Thanks to robert and Fransje for a great stay

The Hotel was very nice and friendly, definately one for mature people, our room was lovely and spacious, with a comfy bed and plenty room to have a wash and shower, would recommmend to friends and family and definately stay here again.

Room Tip: I would make sure next time i booked a hotel, that there was parking near by and not to expensive.

Stayed here for one night we had come to Blackpool with another couple and just wanted a base for the night, we booked the evening meal as we didnt want to mess about finding a resteraunt. The meal was really good value. The rooms really clean and loved the king size bed, the owners could not do enough for you so friendly and inviting ( Robert you need to get some different jokes though haha) Ideal location 5mins to the front, but just far enough from the rowdy groups, we had a room at the front and we didnt hear a thing. We love Blackpool and visit often and our stay is always enhanced by a clean friendly B and B and on this occasion it more than met our expectations, Thank you
