No hot water for 36 hours,no cold water for 24 hours, workmen in the room until late evening because apparently the water board decided to create an airlock in the hotel, this is the reason given by the management, although friends on the next floor had water.I requested a partial refund and was refused and threatened with prosecution if I wrote or said anything bad about the hotel.

After booking my stay with tiffanys i started 2 read some of the reviews and was started to feel abit nervous most them were negative!!
Upon my arrival at tiffanys the outside looks amazen really girlly and pink! the reception area was very nice aswell. the staff at checkin were really freindly and helpful.
After paying £120 4 2 nights and three days i think this was a really good price i was shown my way to our room when i got in i was quite disappionted was old fashioned and tiny rung up reception and asked to move they were vertyhelpful and moved us to a much nicer room at an upgrade price of £20 ( which is cheap they ussaly charge £40 per person.) the room was stocked with tea making facilitys satalite t.v and tolitieres. the bathroom was a good size although hot water from the shower didnt last very long at peak time (first thing morning and before dinner.)
dinner was really good very tasty and good varity in meals the breakfast was very very tasty the staff were plesent and keep you staocked up on tea and toast along with breakfust buffet.
the location was good tram stop outside and was a really nice walk along the front to each peir.
all in all i had a good stay at blackpool

We stayed at the Tiffany Hotel from Friday, 24th Oct to Sunday, 26th Oct 2008. We booked a room for 3 sharing (girlie weekend) and it cost us £180 for the 2 nights which included dinner and breakfast.

From the outside the Hotel is an awful Barbie pink but if you've been to Blackpool before you have to really expect "tacky"! I wouldn't say the reception was modern more of a design you might expect in a teenagers bedroom. The receptionist was friendly and helpful so no complaints there!

We booked into room 108 which was surprisingly quite roomy compared to some of the guest houses we've stayed in! The bathroom was newly refurbed, nice tiles, working shower and very clean. The room itself had a double bed and a single, a little seating area in the large bay window and enough space to move around considering we all had baggage! Also very clean - no complaints there!

We didn't have any complaints about the food the whole stay. Breakfast was very nice self serve from the buffet. Dinner was also very nice - no complaints there!

Evening Cabaret show - We popped into here on the Saturday night - not really our thing but it was just what you would expect from a Blackpool Hotel Cabaret turn! The singers where ok and the comedian was pretty funny - Must add that the bar prices in the hotel where really good! We found it cheaper than the bars we had been too! - no complaints there!

All in all for £180 it was a total bargain, we really couldnt complain about a thing. Cheap, cheerful, clean and friendly staff!

:o)

As a last minute break we headed to Blackpool with nowhere booked to stay. It was cold, pouring with rain and very windy. We also didnt stop to think that it could be busy due to being the last weekend of the illuminations coupled with the start of half term holidays. We drove past Tiffanys several times and must say from the outside it did look pretty awful - Pink and in need of a repaint.
We decided to go in and see if any available rooms as somewhere to stay was better than nowhere - what a suprise!! The reception was very modern and clean and the staff were absolutely great. The only double rooms left were their "budget" rooms which were explained as being small and dated and not up to the other rooms standards. We decided to "chance it" afterall we only needed somewhere to sleep after a night out!! With much apprehension we got in the very small, old lift and went up to our room - when we got into the room we were very pleasantly suprised!! YES the room was small and slightly dated but it was immaculately clean, lovely and warm and had a sea view which certainly wasnt expected!!!
The breakfast on Sunday morning was absolutely fabulous - definitely kept us going for the day til we got home
All in all an excellent last minute break away and we will definitely be staying there again

We reluctantly paid triple the price of all the other hotels in Blackpool, and looked forward to a nice, clean and modern hotel. Instead, we got draghty rooms with shabby interior. The staff are friendly and attentive, but everything was a rip off. Someone somewhere is making a lot of money from this overpriced hotel. We paid £130 for a double - we should have gone to one of the cheaper hotels round the corner. We're very disappointed and angry - don't go there!

I recently stayed here with my wife and had the holiday from hell! First room we were put in had abed that was to small and I'm only 5'9", we didn't realise untilbedtime though so to late to move. In the morning we discovered the shower didn't work, which I found amazing considering it was heavily taped to the riser with black duck tape.
We complained and got moved only to find the room we were moved into stunk of blocked drains. We were assured this would be fixed and when we got back later from a whole day out the smell had gone. However when we went to bed late that night we discovered the window didn't shut properly and the wind was howling on the see front, so yet another sleepless night. And would you believe that the shower didn't work in this room either. We decided to cut our holiday short and return home, after complaining at reception she offered me £20 as compensation, which I found insulting, I therefor wrote to the manager who's basic reation was tough.
For those who say some folk complain about the little things, we don't. These were all big things, the little things are what EVERY customer staying in the hotel were complaining about when I spoke to them but were to old and scared to complain about. If you don't believe me, go and regret it for yourselves.
