The hotel is well situated in heart of Blackpool close to the front. The front could do with a spruce up there is no doubt about that but the hotel staff where friendly and the main reception was clean. Our room was on the first landing up a short flight of stairs, the room itself was clean although towels would have been nice! (we had to go and buy some from a pound shop) the only downside to our stay was the guests next door who decided to fight and argue half the night.
But you can hardly blame the hotel staff for that!!!

The hotel is cheap and cheerful, for what I paid i certainly cannot argue, the room was warm and the shower hot. Great for a one or two night stay and I would stay again.

Room Tip: we had room 20 on the first landing, not a bad room. small and cosy, very warm and the shower was hot!!

Me and the girls decided to stay here in a last minute booking for NYE we booked two double rooms and on arrival asked to be close together she offered a family £75 we'd payed its Blackpool not Manchester.... This is were it all went wrong there was a massive gap underneath the door (peeping Tom springs to mind) the room was freezing to the point you could see your breath bathroom door didn't shut no kettle no towels ( we was told we would have to pay a service charge for if we wanted any) one tiny mirror for 4 girls. We went to speak to the owner who was rude and arrogant and so unhelpful. We all so asked for a late check out which we was told we could have untill 12 this didn't happen either as we woke to an alarm purposely set off and the same woman owner banging in the door and yelling at us not it was only just 11. We then tired to have a conversation to a male on the desk who appeared to be the husband of the owner who was just as unhelpful and told us there's nothing he could do and if we wanted to right a review to "go ahead love I don't care" all in all it was one of the worst stay I've had in Blackpool and will NEVER stay or recommend this hotel! If you don't mind be freezing and waking up with a cold and being spoken to like a moron then this is your place!!!

Booking a last minute weekend away for new year turned into quite a disaster!! Looks like a dive from the second we turned the corner... To be greeted by a friendly enough lady who gave us the key to the room... The weather was lashing it down and minus conditions being next to the sea!! We had no heating and were told it was on a timer!! We then got told we had a sea view which we did if u bent ur neck and snapped ya spine in half!!! My partner turned the shower in which was very clean may I add! To be greeted with the beeping smoke alarm. The 'friendly' lady came to our room to tell us we would be fined £50 if we are smoking in the room!! Horrified as I'm 5 months pregnant and my partners never smoked in his life!!!! During the night the smoke alarm went off another two times randomly on its own!!! Pictures if hotel are deceiving dont stay here pay the extra!!!!!!!!!!

Went in the summer to Blackpool. The hotel is in the centre of the promenades and close to everything. Walked everywhere easily. Very close to alot of bars and pubs. The staff were polite, didn't require help, but I felt that I would have received help if I asked. Was very cheap at £22 a night and I feel that the room was better than that for price.

TV wasn't the best, but the room was clean and wasn't a box room like I was expecting.

Would definitely recommend for a cheap stay in Blackpool.

We booked a few days in advance for this hotel just for 1 night and we were surprised. The price for the family room was half the price advertised and the ensuite room was basic but nice, beds were comfy and bathroom was nice and neat. Would recommend to others as the receptionist was helful and friendly and whole experience was nice. We dint have breakfast but i bet that would have been nice too. Dont know why others have rated badly unless they expected royalty on a budget or were racist. :-)
