The Imperial Hotel Spa
Attraction details
Reviewed March 30, 2014 via mobile

We arrived to a very well mannered receptionist, we sat in the very comfortable chair's while she was dealing with another person, our room was large, we had a teenager with us and there was plenty of room fir us, infact the room was huge and overlooked the sea, tea making facilities were welcoming when returning from a walk to the ice rink, the breakfast was one of the best we have had on our various breaks, the parking was in front of tge hotel with plenty of room, we used the bar and it was comfortably and not a ripe off on prices, the pool area was nice with a steam room, our granddaughter loved it, I would revisit as we were very impressed

Service from the moment we walked in just great.. We were expected and greeted. Everything was lovely inside, rooms big and clean. We had a family room which was fab value for the 3 nights we we were there. Our maids serviced the room daily and left it so welcoming after a day out and about in Blackpool. It was like home from home all very comfortable and we wanted to stay a bit longer. A great hotel, will go back.

We stayed here for Valentines weekend. You step through the front doors & are transported back in time to a bygone age. Beautiful high ceilings with decorative moldings Amazing.

Myself and a friend booked a spa package as a well earned treat, and we were not disappointed.
Dave the spa manager could not do enough to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed a relaxing swim in a warm quiet pool, chilled out in the steam room and jacuzzi and then a fantastic decleor mini facial and hot stones back neck and shoulder massage from the outstanding therapist Debra.
I could not fault the experience I felt thoroughly revived and relaxed, we will most definatley be returning much better value and much better treatments than other nearby so called spas..

We stayed at this hotel for two nights...October 4th.
Excellent hotel with the ambiance of past times.
The hotel is a pleasure to stay in and the atmosphere relaxing.
The staff are great and most helpful.
Great pool, and gym.
Queuing for breakfast was an issue...well worth the wait as the food was brilliant.

Room 402 ..Russell.
