Been twice to this Kfc since it moved premises. Both times, the food has been dry and practically inedible. The second time we went into the restaurant to order thinking we might get better service than the drive thru, but the girl who served us was miserable, told us there was no buckets so it would have to go into a bag (fine) then when we got home, the chips were freezing, the chicken was coating was so dry and rock hard you could have broken your teeth on it, the beans looked dried up, they had no gravy, hadnt put any wipes, salts or serviettes in the bag, and the chicken was all crammed into a box with the chips thrown into a bag. I complained this time to customer service only to receive a letter today saying for future reference all meals can be returned to the shop for an exchange or refund. No problem there, as we will never be eating KFC again after that! Who wants to mess about driving back with food to the place at 8.30pm when you've not eaten all day? We made do and put it down to experience (after throwing most of it in the bin) I wouldn't ever send food back for an exchange anyway, as you never know what the staff will do to it. Plus why would we want to exchange it for more of the same? Perhaps a money off coupon to replace the one we wasted there (for a different kfc) would have been more appropriate than a letter telling us to waste more time taking it back. We would have used the cleveleys branch but the coupon was only for use in that branch, I wonder why?
