“Best amusements on the Front!”
Reviewed June 27, 2013 via mobile

We love Coral island.
As the signs say in the toilets your are buying fun not investing money and its true!
Our pennies were gone but we were happy with cuddly toys, key rings and the need to go back in and try just one more time at the machines.
We were really impressed with the "Jack Sparrow" look a like that hands out chocolate coins to the kids...very funny to watch.

The 3 yr old loved the pirate flyer and the train ride for £1 a go and the 15yr old loves the guitar hero games.
Oh and it's no trouble to the staff to unblock/fix machines when they jam!
Will be back!

“A nice way to spend a few quid!”
Reviewed June 26, 2013

Good atmosphere and good fun. I must point out I'm not a seasoned gambler and didn't enter the casino. We just spent a few happy hours feeding 2ps into the cascade machines. We came out with a whole bunch of useless key-rings and a smile on our faces. A great way to spend some time when the Blackpool weather is inclement!

“Pleasantly surprised”
Reviewed June 25, 2013

Visited several times during our trip to escape the British weather! The cleanest arcade we visited. Went to the family bar for a meal and had to say it was extremely tasty. The choice wasn't the largest however the portions were large and appeared to be 'homemade'. Very friendly staff. The only let down was the toilets which really needed a good clean.

“Disgusting Food”
Reviewed June 25, 2013

On entering the arcade we saw the Sunday Carvery advertised so we thought we would go there for Dinner. How wrong were we! The staff were rude and unorganized, The Carvery looked horrible and didn't taste any better it was stone cold, the meat was dry, gravy was thick and tasted awful, Potatoes and Yorkshires tasted like they had just been heated in a microwave, I refused to eat all of mine which im pleased i did. My partner ate all his and has now been very poorly.

The arcade its self seemed quite fun but again rude staff. We were waiting to swap tickets to prize the 2 staff members behind counter ignored us talking and 1 applying Vaseline to her lips.

Bingo the staff were talking all the way through the game and it completely distracts you from the game.
