We have just spent the weekend here after arriving in blackpool to a hotel we had booked that was awful, park house saved the day, originally they could only put us up for one nights stay for our family of 5, after knowing we wanted to stay longer the receptionist went above and beyond to get us a room for another two nights, absolutely lovely staff extremely helpful and very friendly, the bistro food was gorgeous, breakfast was great, Micky looked after us and we wanted for nothing , our room was lovely, very clean and spacious, clean sheets and room cleaned every day, if we ever go back to blackpool we would most certainly stay here again, very much recommend to anybody.

We have just a great 2 night stay at this hotel.. Booked through booking.com just over a week ago and we were blown away when we arrived.. Every member of staff is so friendly and most knew which room we were in which considering the number of guests was impressive.. I booked a family room for myself, wife and our three year old and we were given the fawley suite which was beautifully decorated very nice and modern and spotlessly clean.. There were a few points for improvement though as nowhere is perfect.. Mainly as our room was so beautifully decorated the bathroom looked rather tired and in need of replacement as it wasnt decorated to the same high standard.. I also noticed the chart for toilet checks in the downstairs gents toilets hadnt been updated for three months which I knew wasnt right as they were clean so were getting checked.. Overall we had a brilliant weekend in Blackpool and this hotel added to that.. Would recommend and will stay here again.

A very enjoyable stay. Food was varied with good choice. Room bright and airy and very clean and staff were all excellent. Separate rooms for entertainment, television and just relaxing so you could chose whatever and not disturb anyone. This was our first stay but we will be back.

If food is important to the enjoyment of your holiday, you can't go wrong here at the Park House Hotel.I have stayed here several times, and have never been disappointed. The staff are also very pleasant and very helpful, you also notice during your stay that the staff are particularly helpful to people with mobility or other disadvantages, nothing seems to be too much trouble, always having a smile on their faces. The bedrooms are adequate, and clean, some have been re furbished, but as we know looking after a large hotel is like painting the forth bridge, but they seem to be working on it .There is dancing and entertainment each evening also. We wouldn't choose anywhere else, to stay in Blackpool, the bus and tram stops are also right outside the hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a refurbished room if possible

Stayed here for 1 night 2 weeks ago,all the staff were very helpful, the only thing I have to moan about is the bistro menu as we had our 7yr old granddaughter with there was no children's menu and we could not even order a child portion from the menu......hence 50% was wasted ,and the only other negative I have is I think the rooms need a update, but I would stay here agai.
