Can only comment on par excellence for The Headlands .
Sue and Dave, delivered superb customer service - we arrived and asked to be shown a room - a family room for four - which on first impressions was clean tidy roomy and facilitated a small westie dog .
We knew straight away it suited our needs .
The evening meal was home cooked - and served, by attentive staff - all so pleasant and service with a smile and banter .
It was my daughters 14th birthday , and Sue - the director went out of her way to purchase a candle for the desert presented after the meal - a lovely touch !
The breakfast was equally splendid - all local produce and again , different staff , but none to be faulted .
The entertainment on the Sat evening was perfect for a family English night away - bingo .
A pastime that children hardly engage in these days and my daughter and niece won !
Again this was led by Dave , who maintained along with Sue , the lovely comfortable feel to the hotel , which created a homely atmosphere - perfect after strolling along the beach and prom !
The hotel had free wifi and use of a computer - great for booking trips in advance ( with an online discount ) , again a recommendation from the staff and a games room which was fantastic for the kids to relax in , whist us adults enjoyed a night cap in the bar - equally good with a very good choice of liqueurs etc .
We will definitely be returning .
With the excellent service , cleanliness , simplicity and cuisine - given the sunshine or not beats airport queues !

Room Tip: We had a family with no sea view - my mother had a single room with a view - perfect. . Book in ad...

Just returned from a lovely weekend away at this hotel, with family and friends. We found the Headlands very comfortable and clean and the food was excellent. I have been lucky enough to have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and I can honestly say that the staff at the Headlands would give them a run for their money as nothing was too much trouble. We would return again without hesitation.

My self and 35 others went on a recent trip to The Headlands Hotel in Blackpool to play in a youth football tournament. On arrivel we were greeted by Sue who made us all feel very welcome and allocating everyone there rooms told us to enjoy our stay and that any special help we needed she would help. All parents and children were happy with there rooms and the friendlieness of the staff .Special thanks must go to Dave the Barman who caterd to our every request with late night sandwiches and an amp for some Karaoke on the Sunday night. The food was very well presented and the staff worked hard to help all the kids get something they liked very varied menu much to our delight and breakfast was also a delight. We will use this Hotel in future and recomend it to anyone visiting Blackpool. Special thanks also to Catorina as well very helpfull lady .

I stayed here with my husband and two young boys ages 3 & 6. On arrival we had a very warm reception. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We had a family room on the first floor overlooking the giant glitterball. The room had a double and two proper single beds. An ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.

The rooms are what you expect of a hotel of this rating. Clean, comfy, and warm. Suited our needs perfectly.

It's about a 10 minute walk from pleasure beach (with a distracted 3 year old, so could be walked much faster)

Breakfasts were plentiful and the full English was cooked to order and so cooked to your exact requirements.

Location wise and value for money we would definitely return again.
