Been taking advantage of the special offer break for quite a number of years. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Accommodation very clean. Good food. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are always happy to help.

Will definitely keep coming back.

Room Tip: Have never experienced a problem with the rooms provided. The staff are more than happy to accommodate any special requirements. Only had to request a change of room on one occasion and this was suggested by the Manager as the lock on the door needed to be made more secure as there was a slight fault on the catch. Dealt with immediately.

Always a warm welcome and help with baggage to the rooms. very very clean food always hot and plentiful. Nothing is too much trouble just ask the Managemen and Staff and they respond with exceptional service. Could not stay last year as my Daughter was getting married in Chester but hoping to bring the Family and 3 grandchildren. this year as we are always confident of being well looked after and having a great holiday.

Room Tip: A good selection of Family Rooms

Stayed here on a works do, so bargain price of £25 including breakfast I was very presently surprised I had room on third floor, although old fashioned fixtures the room was clean, recently painted, new carpets etc mattress was a firm mattress so not my preference but still got reasonable sleep, couldn't complain at all about room.

Service was good through out my stay.

Only issues were lift has old fashioned sliding doors you have to close manually which I couldn't use on my final day to get luggage down the three flights as another customer must not have closed them so would recommend the hotel upgrades this, as the lift is also tiny and couldn't be used by disabled people.

As a vegetarian I was disappointed with breakfast selection, but for what I paid couldn't really complain.

All in all enjoyed my stay handy for pleasure beach, but expensive in taxi to get to night life £9 each way if I was paying the normal price of £50 I would of considered somewhere nearer to night life although the peace and quiet of this hotel may of still attracted me to stay here again.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, nothing was too much trouble. Parking more than adequate, checking in straight forward. Asked for any particular requirements which were duly met. The room was ok with a really comfortable mattress! The evening meal had choice and ordering in advance made the service super quci. The meals themselves were exactly what it said on the menu and were very filling. All staff were extremely helpful and polite and friendly even joining in with our presentation ceremony and helping out with the loan of a bingo machine. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained with more than enough room for our large party plus another largish party on the Saurday night. The entertainmen tprovided on Saturady evening was first class - the female vocalist would put many a so-called star to shame with the range of her songs and the quality with which she sang them. Absolutely no complaints from my wife or myself and a venue we'll doubtless return to and recommend.

What can I say. Fab weekend, nothing too much trouble for the management or staff on duty. Checking in was a breeze - even asking if we would like a news paper in the morning. Parking was ample. The rooms were lovely and clean and tended daily. The sheets and towels were sparkeling white, beds we lovely and soft too. The children in our party had lots of room to play in the games rooms on pool/snooker tables, PS2's and darts to mention a few things to do. The meals were very good and portions were very good too. A different flavoured soup and chicken nuggets was not too much trouble when catering for the children. The location was when great for jumping on a bus or tram or having a night stroll along the prom. Will definatly be back.

Room Tip: The rooms on the side of the building have a smashing view too not just the front facing ones.
