Booked 2 nights for myself and grown-up daughter so we could visit the theme park and Tower. Was pleased with the superior twin room we had. Very clean and comfortable, large bathroom with power shower and toiletries. Free wi-fi and carparking. Good choice for breakfast, We are vegetarians and there was a vege cooked option if requested but didn't try as there were plenty of cereals, fruit, yogs toast ect. Unlike some other reviewers didn't have a problem with the staff all polite and professional. Would stay here again should I ever find myself in Blackpool.

We had a one night stay whilst going to Blackpool to see Micky Flanagan at the winter gardens. The hotel is definitely blue! But don't let that put you off. Reception was busy upon arrival but we were very swiftly seen to and pleasantly surprised at a room upgrade. The room itself was large, spacious and modern. Very clean with a massive bed, there was also a lounge area with a couple of very soft relaxing chairs and an electric fire which was very easy to operate. The bathroom was large, modern and very clean. We also had lunch in the bar which was rather hectic due to the arrival of dozens of cyclist on the Manchester to Blackpool annual ride. Despite the busy bar, we were served quickly and the food was very good. Quite pricey for a sandwich and beer but nice. Good nights unbroken sleep followed by a fabulous breakfast. Checkout was busy but put that down to everyone having a lazy Sunday getup! Ask for tickets to walk around the pleasure beach and they are free. Fab! Free parking too was very good. Great place to stay.

Myself, husband and 2 teenage children have just returned from a 2 night stay. We stayed in a Deluxe Family room with Dinner on the first night, included in our package. the staff are very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The rooms are huge, Our bed was superkingsize and the kids had bunk beds double tvs, and playstation. despite the kids being in the same room, both we and they had privacy, as the kids section of the room, is partly consealed,, due to the room layout. dinner and breakfast lovely. would definately recommend, its fairly expensive but its great to come back from the theme park into a cosy, comfortable, clean, modern hotel.

Room Tip: the deluxe family rooms are theme park facing and very spacious, kids area with bunk beds,

I stayed here with my girlfriend for one night in order to visit the theme park.

I have nothing but praise for the hotel. I was able to park my car for free (for guests) directly in front of the hotel. The check in procedure was quick & painless as the reception staff were courteous.

I understand there is a private entrance to the theme park around the back of the hotel, we checked in late to the hotel so were not in time to take advantage of this. It would have saved us a 10 minute walk to the entrance.

The room itself was huge!! The bathroom was clean with a large bath with toiletries supplied. The room we stayed in was a family room, it came with bunk beds in the corner with its own tv for the high & low bunk. There was also a magnetic snakes & ladders game on the wall.

I'm sure it would be fun for the kids.

The bed for us was big, a king sized bed with lovely soft sheets & soft towels.

The room was quiet despite the window overlooking the theme park. I was thankful for the excellent sound proofed walls & windows.

Me and my family have just got back from a 2 night stay for my partners birthday. The welcome was friendly and warm. The staff were helpful, we ate in the restaurant and the food and staff were excellent and made my 2 year daughter very welcome. Overall this hotel gave's very good vale for money, I would go back again, Thank you BBH for the best 2 days. The hotel is right in the middle of all the attractions, but it's still quiet and no rowdiness which makes it good for family's, you get free wifi and the rooms are clean. I hope to be back soon

Room Tip: If you are traveling with family the best room for us was deluxe room on the second floor.
