Stayed here May bank holiday weekend with my wife. Really cannot find a single fault with the accomodation. The rooms were comfy and clean and had everything you would need. The decor throughout the building was well presented and had a homely feel about it. The bar area was well stocked and well priced, which always helps :-). The owners were brilliant throughout our stay, always available for a chat and advice on where to go or what to see. The breakfast was also to a very high standard, as i say the Rossall was faultless and we will definatly be returning. Thanks for a great weekend.

Having checked out of the hotel this morning we had a lovely stay made all the better by the hosts who were happy to do anything they could to enable us to enjoy the break. They offered us ideas for outings which included new local exhibitions and good restaurants. They even kindly gave us discount coupons which were very useful.
The hotel is newly and tastefully decorated to a very good standard, comfy beds, cosy room, spotless clean throughout with a tasty Full English breakfasts included. All we wanted and at such a reasonable cost.
Highly recommend this one, don't waste your time looking any further.

Room Tip: We had room 4 which was at the back of the hotel, but don't think any should be a problem as it...

Stayed here for Easter weekend, travelling down from Scotland, had a great stay, the place is immaculate, nice homely feel to it! Hosts Kelvin and Helen very friendly, had a drink at the bar and a chat with them. Breakfast nice, would have no hesitation in going back. Would recommend!

The owners of this B & B are very friendly. The accommodation was very clean, with a contemporary décor. Good location for seafront and amusements. Our first time in Blackpool, and due to our experience at Rossall House, we would stay there again.

From the moment we arrived we got a warm welcome from the owners. We arrived early and got a parking space right outside the B&B which is a bonus as they charge on all the roads and we were able to check in early. The room was spacious and clean. Tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was good and a variety available. They made us feel welcome and my 2 kids loved it. Right next to all the attractions. But also nice and quiet in the evenings for a good night sleep. Definitely worth staying at this place!

I've just returned home after taking two little dudes (9 and 6) to Blackpool for a couple of days. Rossall House was the perfect B&B. Kelvin and Helen are welcoming hosts and very child-friendly which made all the difference. They are full of local knowledge (eg the best rides to go on at the Pleasure Beach which is SO important when you're 9!). As it's Easter week, they gave the boys a little box of mini eggs as we left which was a lovely touch that sums up how much they care about their guests and how much they want them to enjoy their stay.
Many thanks to you both.
