We used our Merlin Passes to visit this attraction and loved every minute of it.

On entry there was the photos, but the staff are polite and you can tell them not to bother! And once past them it's onto the 4D cinema, which is really good.

The staff are fantastic and informative, Colin was a lovely gentleman guide at the top of the tower who was very informative.
The glass floor and wall at the top is great and the views fantastic.

After the glass floor you can carry on up to the open areas, again good views and when we visited windy! There is no limit on the time spent up the tower, which it thought was a good idea.

Some of the other areas are a bit shabby but we where told the place is being cleaned up.

Visited the tower found it very expensive 4 pound for a cup of coffee you now have to pay extra to go in the ballroom.

there is lots to do here but all Merlin run so as you would expect expensive. The best thing here by far is the circus ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We have visited all the attractions here with merlin annual passes so in that case as we use them all over the country are exceptional value so cost us no additional fee to get in. the ballroom was nothing for us we walked in and straight back out, the jungle jims is an indoor play centre and included for merlin pass holders and great for waring out the kids but good value even if not on a pass with toilets and its own small café. only thing I would say about this is it is a little dark sometimes so scare some children. The dungeons are amazing and having visited nearly every 1 merlin own particularly love this as do my 2 kids age 11 and 7....we have been taking them to the dungeons since the youngest was 5 and he loves it, just sees it as a show but fab fun. the eye is also great but expensive if not in the merlin pass scheme but does have a shop and a 4d cinema too. The Louis tussauds is also good but doesn't take long to get round and again VERY expensive not on the merlin card. then there is ......the circus!!!!!!!! Well, amazing....we love this and would go again and again. When we had the passes we went twice the same day once it was so good and have been again since. The shows are just hilarious especially the "bumbum" bee, what a show, we will return again this year even with no merlin passes....epic, really!!!
