We visited Blackpool tower on sunday 16th March and to be honest was totally appalled from start to finish...

Firstly the organisation was awful..people just running round everywhere and pushing in

Secondly the cafe on 5th floor was very overpriced and probably the dirtiest cafe ive ever visited..all the tables were covered in left over food, drinks cups and plates which werent been cleaned by staff because there didnt seem to be any around

Next the gents toilets were very dirty with water all over the floor which didnt look like they had been cleaned all day

There was no heating whatsoever in most areas including Jungle Jims and the cafes (most people sitting with coats or jumpers on all through there visit)

Overall the visit to Blackpool tower was horrendous and one we wont be making again and we will also inform people not to visit either due to all the issues stated above

Friendly and, surprisingly, low prices for what we had. Coffee and yummy cream scones. Had lovely conversations with visitors from down south.

Worth a visit when in Blackpool. The 4D film was amazing and very well put together; loved walking on the glass skywalk and looking at the cars below and taking in the views. It would be nice to have more information on the history of the Tower and some stories on what's happened there in the past. The full price for an adult can be expensive so it's worth looking for a voucher first (currently on boxes of Kellogg's)
