If visiting Blackpool it’s a must. It’s not too expensive to go up the tower and you get a 4D experience included which is fun. At the top you get wonderful views and even get to step on the glass floor looking to the ground below.
Inside the tower there’s also many more activities to do, including Blackpool Dungeons, and the famous Blackpool ballroom which you have to see!

Overcrowded, possibly too many tickets sold , bar ran out of standard drinks and extremely long queue’s with no system in place to stop people jumping the que, dirty toilets , also running out of the basics..... “toilet roll “, very disorganised for such a premium venue charging premium prices , disappointing

When I went to Blackpool tower which was a few Years ago it was Fantastic. you had the choice of two tickets. the first ticket covered all of the attractions at ground level, this included the Circus ( which is now PC), the Ballroom where Strictly Come Dancing will be shown this weekend on ITV.
the second ticket is for going up the Tower itself. Take your Cameras and Smart phones because the view is exhilarating . on a good clear it is stated that you can see Anglesey to your left and Ireland straight ahead. Be careful up top as there is a glass floor , it does make your stomach churn when you look straight down to the floor. If you go up the Tower when the Illuminations are on you can get some fantastic photographs. I took a time lapse shot with my SLR Canon camera, really exception picture

All in all it is worth visiting

There is so much inside the Tower to keep you fascinated and entertained. The Circus, the Ballroom, and much more. Then there is the Tower Top itself, well that is just amazing the view from the top is unbelievable.

The Blackpool Tower is FULL of a range of different activities!

The best, and most iconic thing about Blackpool HAS to be the Blackpool Tower. It can be seen for miles, and stands proudly on the edge of the coast.

It's physically installed on top of an old, red-bricked building, with lovely architecture. The main entrance opens directly onto the promenade, in front of the Comedy Carpet.

Inside, there are several floors, with a range of activities within, including:

Blackpool Tower Circus
Jungle Jims (Play Area)
Blackpool Tower Eye (Top of the Tower)
Crazy Golf
Blackpool Tower Dungeon (Scare attraction)
Escape Room

There may be other attractions added throughout the seasons, but this is how it stands at time of review.

All attractions are owned and operated by Merlin Entertainments, and you can buy a grouped ticket for all of the attractions (plus Sea Life + Madam Tussauds, further down the sea front), or individual tickets, depending on what you'd like to experience.

Price wise, it makes sense to get a grouped ticket, but there are a plethora of options available. Make sure to check out local and regional press, as well as Walkers / Carex products, as they often have 2-4-1 vouchers on them.

Nice views but I thought it was over priced just to go up in a very cramped lift to look at a gorgeous view don’t get me wrong but as a family of 5 works out a bit pricey

Was a little sceptical about going to the dungeons as we were a group of 6 adults with no children! But all I can say is fantastic! All the actors and effects were brilliant. Definitely worth a visit

We visited the circus and at the top which is the 4d show and entrance to the top of the tower and glass floor. The views were great even though it was overcast. We climbed the 3 flights of stairs to go higher but didnt spend long as it was really windy. 5 year old loved it. There's lots more to do in tower so I would plan in advance as tickets are cheaper online and you can choose which attractions you want to see.
