We visited the tower on the 16th March 2013. I would recommend doing this, I have visited Blackpool many times but never been up the tower, this is something I have missed out on for a long time. The 4D show is good fun and then going up the tower is interesting, once you reach the top the glass floor is well worth standing on. I would advice booking online before you go as you get a good discount.

Watched the circus act, great entertainment for all the family, would definately go again, a few surprises in the show. Great if the weather is a rainy but would still go if the sun was shining!

What can be said, that hasn't already been said, about the famous Blackpool Tower.

I've been a few times, and the tackiness of Blackpool adds to the overall charm.

The iconic Blackpool Tower has recently undergone some sort of renaissance and renovation which powers it into a day-tripper "must see".

Buy an all-inclusive ticket to see as much as you can for the best value. The Circus is magical - yes, it's silly, but it's charming on so many levels. Funny, musical, bright and glitzy and the acts aren't bad at all...

The Tower Eye is a highlight. The views, on a good day, are spectacular, and if the weather isn't great, the ticket is valid for up to 3 months, so you can return on a brighter day. The staff are friendly, and the 4D film at the beginning is fantastically well done.

If you want a rest, try the famous ballroom, to sit and watch the dancers. It's a relaxing way to while away some time.

Of course - a stroll outside on the promenade is also a must.

Would not have paid what they were asking but had a family ticket for several events which was a bargain. The circus event was brilliant, though seats uncomfortable to sit in for the length of time. Ballroom is a beatiful room fro relaxing in and of course a dance with your partner
