Cheesey Comedy and Target shooting show, but the acrobatics is excellent. Bought the tickets on a 2 for 1 basis and would say at that price it was good value family entertainment for a couple of hours

With free admission, don't miss the chance to get inside this splendid building. They now charge separately for the attractions, so I'll split them here.
The Tower Eye:
On a clear day, the views are awesome. See the Lake District, Pennines, and the Isle of Man. I love seeing the night view of Blackpool, sadly the tower complex only stays open in the evening at weekends.
Unfortunately at busy times there's an awful lot of queuing. Queue to have your picture taken. Queue to wait for the 4d film. At least they show some film of past times in Blackpool while you wait; I found this footage much more interesting than the 4d film! Watch the 4d film, it's OK but I've seen better, at least it's short. Queue to have your picture taken again. Queue for the lift. Hint watch the 4d film from the back left side (looking from the screen). Then you'll be at the front of the next queue.
The circus:
We felt it was too long, and a lot of it dull. Just a series of acrobatic acts, all rather similar, using a too small cast. Long and moderately funny links with comedians. The second part was better than the first, with a few good sequences. But a circus should end on a high note, with its most spectacular stunt. This one ends with the audience singing Happy Birthday. Enough said.
We got in free on Merlin Annual Passes, but felt we could have had more fun elsewhere. There again we're not the target audience, we've seen performances in Singapore and America, and children who haven't had our experience did enjoy it.

Fantastic value and very entertaining show the kids loved it. This year it was a Cowboy theme which was great with two boys of 5 and 7.

and it.The circus had a new theme this year which was very good, glad that they don't have animals. the acts took your breath away fun for all the family. The tower was a little disappointing we thought that the walk of faith was all around the tower but it was just one part but still very good especially once your legs stop shaking also the 4D cinema was excellent but could have lasted longer,
