We have visited this restaurant many times. Since last year it has changed ownership and the whole appearance of the restaurant has changed. We were delighted last year at the price and the quality of the food. We returned today on our holidays and wasn't sure weather it was the same place. After looking at the menu outside we decided to give it a go.
We were politly greeted and seated withing seconds of entering and was surprised to see that not onl;y did they serve fish and chips but also Thai and Spanish food. My daughter had her usual chicken and chips and wolfed it down like she had not been fed for weeks. LOL. My partner had cottage pie, chips and was given the option on garden or mushy peas. In his words "it tastes like my mother in laws" and vowed that he would go back tomorrow and have the same again. He very much enjoyed it. I had the thai red curry with thai rice and all i can say is "wow". It was amazing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
The cost was really good also with all 3 meals and 3 drinks coming to just under £18. We all left happy and full and will be returning again this week to enjoy more of the lovely food.
The highlight of the meal was the gent who was enjoying his music and singing along whilst playing with his guitar. My daughter was given a tambourine to play with but she was enjoying her meal too much.
