Disco on too 2:59 am, Drunken young adults running down corridors at 2 am. Front desk attitude when checking in that made our group feel that we was not welcome. Reception confirmed that the Disco should stop at 1:00 am, but said they could not dispute our complaint!! Too much trouble for the bar staff in the adult bar to offer ice and a slice with a drink, staff would rather slouch over rear counter watching t Stayed at the Norbreck Castle Hotel 4 years in a row, but now standards have slid and will not be returning.

Food terrible. Hotel absolutely freezing . Would never go back. I was sent there for one night from the metropole. We went to watch the show and half way through we all came out and went to bed because we were frozen.

Where to start, just spent 4 nights here, Cold Hotel luke warm water at best in the room, luke warm meals and not a great choice, for a major chain hotel DISGUSTING, would never stay here again and by the way 12 tram stops from the Tower, thats £8 return for 2 or £9 for a day ticket with unlimited use, even the tram conductor called the tram stop as anyone for Fawlty Towers!!! This place is in dire need of a full refurb or demolition !!

Room Tip: Go elsewhere !!

have just returned back from a stay at the above hotel.I have a friend who stayed at this hotel for one night only last year. he told us it was dreadful. My brother and sister in law came to see us in june and we decided to go to blackpool for the lights. somehow we booked up the norbreck hotel. seeing our friend afterwards, he told us we had booked the hotel he had told us about. it was a non refundable booking as we paid in advance.
We didnt know what to expect.Fortunately someone had advised us to ask for the Norcampklia wing. The rooms had been refurbished and it was a room without a view, but was clean with fresh towels supplied.
The restaurant was showing it age with shabby carpets everywhere. The staff were obliging and any problems we had were attended to.
By the end we had really had enough. Met a lady who arrived the day before we left, she had changed her room because it was dirty and still wasnt happy so we advised her to ask for the rooms we had just vacated.
I cant believe how this hotel manages to stay open. Inside and out its worse for wear. It should be closed down and regutted.
I have always been fond of Blackpool , but its shows the effects of the recession with business' closing down and is looking very tired and run down. Such a shame, but the people are very polite and friendly. The tram conductors were extremely nice people, and very helpful.
One couldnt get away from fish and chips.

Room Tip: ask for nor clampkia wing if you must stay there. I wouldnt advise it

If you decide to stay at this hotel, then i would suggest you go and throw your money in the sea and possibly sleep on the pier as its probably cleaner, warmer and more inviting, beware DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, a complete and utter waste of money
