Was booked in the Royal Vincent opposite as part of a group of 8 lads over for a birthday booze up (review also here) which was so bad that 6 of us decided not to stay there. The Winslow had 3 twin rooms available, and what a great choice we made.
The owner Tony, who was a really nice genuine bloke, sorted us out with really nice rooms, each one was clean and reasonably well kept with clean bathrooms and my room had 2 double beds. The location is great, just at the back of Coral Island and a 5 minute walk to town centre or seafront, and less than 10 minutes from the Tower. We were using the train so it didn't apply to us, but there is also free parking available.
Breakfast was full English and admittedly wasn't the best I've ever had, but was by no means the worst, and you got a decent platefull with 2 bacon and 2 sausage, where most other Blackpool B&B's only give you one
So for a decent room, with a big comfortable bed, full English, in a great location in Blackpool, in a B&B run by a genuine bloke who got 6 lads out of the proverbial, we paid £18 each. Next time I'm in Blackpool, either with the lads or with family, Tony's getting a ringMore
