The hotel is very clean just a bit run down but location is fantastic. The lady who owns it was very nice. The guy who does breakfast service was an edjit! Poor customer service from him found him rude and a mega smart ar$e. Boyce was great for our weekend and won't let his mouth put me off going back.

A lovely b&B a lovely welcome on arrival and the room was available as soon as we arrived, no having to wait until dead on 2pm.

A nice spacious twin room, with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is a little small.

Breakfast is fantastic and the location just right, and very quiet.

My only reason for not giving it a 5, is that there is no thermostat on the radiator and we were way too hot during the night, and woke up feeling dreadful.

Booked the hotel for a weekned stay to watch football and took my 3 year old son. They charged a very small amount for him which I thought was great so value for money was fantastic. We were met by the owners at 11pm on the Friday after a long drive up from Berkshire and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, letting me stor our buggy in the games room rather that carry it up the stairs. Room was quite small but perfect for what we wanted and to be fair was only used to sleep in. Very good breakfast and my son was treated so well that he has asked when we are going back! Nice little bar that stays open for as long as people are in it and clearly from the others staying at the time this is a hotel where customers return on a regular basis.
Ideal for the beach and the Tower and just a 10 minute tram ride from the Pleasure Beach.
We would certainly suggest this to anybody else looking for a hotel in Blackpool and will without question book this place again.
The only downside was that Watford lost 1-0 but can't really blame them for that!!!!

Just returned from a 3 nights stay and it was fab. Room, beds and loo were clean, although a fresh towel would av been a bonus. Cooked brekkie was delish and it no bother if u just wanted scrambled eggs or beans on toast. The house cat (ratbag) is worth going to see alone, biggest moggy av ever seen :) Location is perfect, very close to all attractions. Will definitely be recommending and would definitely go back. Thanks Bill and Ben for your hospitality, first class
