My wife and I stayed here (B & B) on the weekend of October 20th, 2012
We had a 1st floor double room (no. 3) which was of moderate size but more than adequate.
The room was well fitted out, and was very clean, tidy, and warm, with a very comfortable double bed.
The ensuite was rather small, but again adequate.
The location, just 100 yds. or so from the Prom, is very handy for all the attractions of the Pleasure Beach, South Pier, etc., but is surprisingly quiet.
Very important for this part of Blackpool there is secure off-road parking at the rear of the hotel, (although not suitable for wide or large vehicles).
The food is excellent, and there is a pleasant lounge bar for the convenience of residents.
Surprised nobody seems to have mentioned one of the residents of the lounge.
Saturn, the cat, just loves to come for a fuss, and is an amazing 19 yrs. old!
The owners, David and Shirley, are very friendly and welcoming and we’d be more than happy to stay here again.More
