Great value, clean, friendly and welcoming. What more could you ask for? have been before and will definitely go again. This is the standard of small hotel that there should be throughout the resort. If I were staying longer, I may opt for a larger room, but as we only use for somewhere to lay our heads, it suits our needs. And the well cooked breakfast is always welcome.

We stayed in one of their family rooms.although a little short on space it was totally adequate for what we needed. It had ensuite bathroom and was very fresh and clean.

The rest of the hotel was also clean and fresh with a nice dining room, where they served a lovely breakfast with something for even the most fussy.
Hotel also has a nice little bar and sitting area with a good selection of reasonable price drinks.
Shirley and Dave were great hosts along with the rest of their family and could not do enough to help.
We would definately stay there again if we get the opportunity.

We stayed in a family room, small but clean, everything was perfect. In our group was a single and a double to and all rooms were clean and comfortable. Made to feel welcome from start to finish will use again for sure. Breakfast was stunning and set us up for a day of sight seeing!! Secure parking and 5 mins from sandcastle and pleasure beach!

Room Tip: Room was a little warm, take a fan!!

A great place to stay in Blackpool, very clean, good food and friendly people. The hotel is very handy for all facilities and extremely close to the Pleasure beach. We arrived at 11.30am and our room was unexpectedly avaialble and our car put straight into the parking area. Shirley and David were very helpful, friendly and would stop at nothing to make our stay a pleasure.
We will be back and highly recommend the Holmleigh hotel.
