we stayed in this room 221 which was booked through the lydene next door, we opened the door and the smell of stale tobbaco hit you in the face this was a smoking room.shower and en suite were not very good if you had a old person stopping in this room they would not been able to get in and out of the bath/shower.we should have stopped 2 nights but left next day. can not comment on staff we never really had anything to do with them because we were room only.
