The host of the hotel was fantastic went that extra mile for us. I have been using hotels for about 20 years on a regular basis and this is without doubt one of the most friendly , cleanest , not to mention the food was 1st class to . When in blackpool again this hotel is the only one ill be using if there is available rooms .

Ive been having holidays & breaks in blackpool since i was a small boy & thats a very long time. myself & the wife decided to have a long weekend & wanted a hotel away from the busy end & found the moorfield hotel, we was greeted by the new owner adam who showed us to our rooms & had time to chat with us & made us feel very welcoming. The room was fantastic very clean & the bed was spotless & comfy, we decided to have a meal in the hotel that evening & the food was excellent (the chef must have a Michelin star) it was that good, after our meal we went into the bar which is well stocked & we had a lovely evening chatting with adam & his staff before a good nights sleep. Down at breakfast we was greeted by the staff & we had a lovely breakfast. If your looking for a fantastic hotel which does not cost the earth take my advice & book the moorfield its a hidden gem & i would like to thank adam & his staff for making our stay a great 1 & we will be deffo be booking the moorfield again in the very near future.

We stayed for the tinsel and turkey week - absolutely fabulous. Adam and his staff go over and above to ensure guest satisfaction. The rooms are lovely and clean, the food excellent and the bar prices very reasonable. This hotel is truly a home from home - nothing is too much trouble. We would recommend this hotel to anyone - its an absolute gem.

We stayed here for a weekend break to see the lights before the season finished. Great welcome by the staff, no parking left at hotel but free parking in all streets around hotel and was no problem finding one. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good, only downside was shower took a long time to get hot water through boy overall an enjoyable stay and would return.

Me and my boyfriend went for a weeks holiday to Blackpool for the October half term. We had stayed at the Moorfield hotel before with the previous owners. I was in two minds about whether to book as I realised that it was under new management. Well I am glad we booked. Our stay was lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing and the breakfast filled us up for the day. The new owners were nice and very welcoming. Paul the chef and deputy manager was lovely and always had a smile on his face. We would definitely stay here again.
