Reviewed September 30, 2011

We have just spent 3 days at the Blue C with my 90 year old dad, Anne and Mustapha the owners were brilliant with him nothing was too much trouble. This was our second visit with dad and we were not disappointed the food and welcome second to none. My husband, myself and another couple take a group who take over the whole hotel in November, this year will be our third year, and last year we were full before we left, that speaks for itself.

We used this hotel on the 26th of febuary for a fundraising event and from the moment we went in to enquire we were made feel so welcome.
I have held 2 other events and found them quite stressful it was so different this time I think that was down to ann and her staff
Everything in this hotel is superb and I would defo recomend them for any functions and for an enjoyable relaxing stay ,we had 9 guests stay over at this hotel and all of them
Have said they'll stay again.

There are a lot of hoteliers in this town who really don't care but that is NOT the case at Blue C

So ann and all the staff a massive thank you and well c ya next year

Just returned from a one night stay taking our daughter to see the illuminations. Fantastic hotel, we stayed in an interconnecting room which was perfect for us with a two year old.
Rooms were lovely and clean with a good sized bed, very comfortable. Excellent Tea/Coffee making facilites with plenty to keep us going!
The owner of the hotel was very warm and welcoming and very accommodating from fist contact via email.
I woul highly recommend this hotel to anyone, great sea views too and right outside a tram stop.
Breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked to order which makes a change for most hotels.
Looking forward to returning in the future!

“FABULOUS HOTEL, A WARM WELCOME, YOU WON'T WANT TO LEAVE”
Blue C Hotel
A TripAdvisor Member
Just got back from a wonderful 4 day break at the Blue C Hotel. Our second visit to this establishment. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Anne the proprieter is warm, welcoming and a great chef !! Whilst Sarah the "Jill of all trades" made our stay even better. Nothing is too much trouble. My mum is a wheelchair user and we were offered discreet help when ever it was needed and nothing is too much trouble. The meals are outstanding, with high quality, fresh produce. The rooms are clean and bright and airy with a great sea view. Excellent service throughout our stay from people who are genuinly interested in those they accommodate. We stayed at the hotel with a largish group of friends over the weekend and their feeback was positive too.
Long may they continue !

I went to Blackpool to visit family who live in the area. I was booked to stay elsewhere but after reading some awful reviews of that particular hotel online i changed my booking to The Blue C Hotel at the last minute. This hotel was wonderful. Anne the proprietor was very welcoming along with Sarah the waitress. This hotel is reasonably small so it has a family feel. My room was very clean and bright, had an en suite shower room and the bed was very comfortable. There was tea and coffee making facilities in my room. The lounge/ bar area was very comfortable and the restaurant was always laid out nicely. As for the food, i could not fault it. There were cereals and juices, a full english breakfast, toast and tea/coffee for breakfast. This breakfast set me up for the day meaning i didn't need to eat anything else until dinner time, a great money saver. Dinner consisted of four courses, an appetiser (eg - egg mayonnaise with salad or pate), a starter (soup), main course (roast chicken or braising steak) and a dessert (chocolate fudge cake, spotted dick, icecreams, cheese and biscuits). I will definetly be returning to this hotel next year and will advise anyone i know to stay here if they go to Blackpool.
