If you ever want to stay in Blackpool this is the place. The hotel was clean, beautifully decorated and Tracey Mason the owner was an absolute star. She couldn't do enough for us. She made us all feel very welcome and was friendly, knowledgeable and a bloody good cook (the breakfasts were brilliant).

We had a fantastic time and even invited her out with us!!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Tracey has now got 15 new friends on facebook. Well done girl, you made a great weekend absolutely unforgettable!!! Thank you x

Stayed for 2 nights on a hen weekend. My friend booked it and Tracy (the hostess with the mostess) was so helpful to her. Advised her on where to go, how to go about it and generally all aspects of the weekend. Hotel is very clean and Tracy is one of a kind. So helpful, always tried to accommodate any requests with a smile on her face. Rooms are very nice, tea and coffe, hairdryers and TV's. Beds are very comfy and very clean. If you are planning a hen or stag weekend, then give Tracy a call. The girls have decided to arrange a hen reunion (just an excuse for a girlie weekend I think) and we will definately be calling tracy to book :)xx

Just had 2 nights here for a hen night and cannot fault it. Tracey was a first class hostess who took the time to look after her guests and worked hard to make sure we had a fantastic weekend. Great food and lovely clean hotel made it a weekend to remember for us all. Will definitely stay there again.

many thanks to Tracey for this weekend, she was lovely, couldnt do enough for you. Rooms were great and very clean, breakfasts were very tasty. It was my first weekend in Blackpool staying in a hotel/guesthouse and I must admit - it has made me want to do it more. Had a blast - thanks so much.

Room Tip: We had the family room which was brilliant for our needs.

We stayed here for a hen do and Tracy, the owner, couldn't do enough for us from the start of the weekend to the finish. We received great service the whole time and were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is ideally situated for all the attractions Blackpool has to offer and Tracy always has ideas on things to do during your stay.

Would recommend this hotel and will certainly be going back to visit.
