I stayed at this b and b with my mom and my little brother and when we arrived i was quite surprised to see how easy and within reach it was from the beach. We were welcomed at the door by lynne who i found to be a bit distant with us and didn't seem like she wanted to talk, i signed and was given keys to a very small room that catered for 3. In the room was a dbl bed and a single with an en-suite shower. I usually like to put nice things about the hotels i have stayed in as i never usually find anything wrong but in the room the bin had a liner in and underneath the liner was dirt and other nasty things you could imagine that had gone into it over the years and also it didn't seem like the beds have been moved out for ages as there was dirt and a lot of dust down on the skirting boards behind the beds. The television was on top of the wardrobe and we had to keep stretching to turn it off and on and im only 4ft 11 so it was a bit of a pain, the kettle was broken and old fashioned and there was no hairdryer in the room. Also we had a 2 night stay and our room wasn't serviced. It was mainly just the room i had problems with as the breakfast was absoloutley fantastic and had a wide range of things to choose from. The owner kevin? was great with my little brother and even sat down and had a game of eye spy and hangman with him which i thought was nice. All in all i'd say this b n b is only ok if you're staying for one night but id say my experience here was average.

What a lovely hotel... Family and I always enjoy coming back at least a couple of times a year. I've been with family and friends. Lynn and Kev are very, very welcoming and the hotel rooms are always very clean and tidy. The location is perfect, close to the South Pier, Sandcastle Water Park, Pleasure Beach and Amusements. The breakfast is really nice, you can have a good laugh on the karoke if you dont fancy going out and have a few at the bar, which has a mixture of all drinks. I would recommend this to anyone :)

We have just returned to Glasgow from an unplanned family break, the location & the friendly atmosphere was outstanding. With most last minute breaks you don't know what to expect but we were more pleasantly surprised by how good it turned out. 10/10

I was in Blackpool for a few days with my daughter and niece. Hotel was just what we needed-very close to Pleasure Beach, South Pier, Sandcastle Water park and tram service. Quiet location for all that. Room small, but served our purpose perfectly. Lynne and Kevin very helpful and friendly hosts. Full English breakfast delicious! Dining area bright and cheerful. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to lay your head and spend time at Blackpool's famous attractions!

first off.... i have been to blackpool a lot of times and stayed in a lot of b&bs. the first thing i noticed upon arrival was how close to the prom, pier, and pleasure beach we were! we were with friends and children so long walks to the beach, fair etc....was not going to be an issue! second off......the minute we turned up the proprietor kevin told us about parking arrangements, nearby cash machines., and was genuinely interested in normal conversation. just cut a long story short......great clean room...amazing hosts...the breakfast was the best ive ever had in over 20 years of going to blackpool. AND WE WILL BE BACK! ps the duvet was amazing.
