Following a warm welcome from Jim & Sue, we were shown to our family room (catering for my 3 year old) which was modern, comfortable & very clean. Excellent! The dining room was of the same standard. An enjoyable breakfast provided by good speedy service. Jim & Sue were happy to advise resort tips which are always useful. We would deffinately stay again.

Excellent in every way. Very welcoming, really clean and comfortable rooms, super breakfasts and easy walking distance from the centre. Quiet situation and friendly hosts who have time to chat and help with directions etc - I'll certainly be back!

From the moment we set foot over the front door to the moment we left we had nothing but great friendly service from Sue and Jim (not only anything to do with our accomodation, but also advice on places to go, eat etc), clean, well decorated accomodation, fantastic breakfast (potato cake was a nice touch). The location was also ideal for us, a reasonable walk to and from town, but quiet enough for a good nights sleep. All in all a fantastic find, we will be going back to Blackpool next year, and will be booking back into the North Crest for sure.

well...if your looking for a little gem in blackpool u just found it...not a sign of woodchip oe frills, beautifully decorated, up to 5* standard, the rooms are lovely and the bathrooms lovely & clean. Jim & Sue can not do enough to help, they are lovely with a warm and open welcome.
the breakfast was to die for, i could of ate it twice it was so good!
My 3yr old had a lovely time and wasfacinated by sue and jim cooking the breakfast in the morning and kept peeking at them, they had so much patience with him and he really enjoyed his stay.
the area is close and theres tram stop at the top of the road if you don't want to walk off your breakfast...but out of the way enough to not get the noise and racket of blackpool at night...we slept well.
All in all a great find and we would stay again :) thank you Jim & Sue for showing Blackpool how it's done!

This Hotel was just what the doctor order. Not to far from town centre so could walk there and back. Quite area of Blackpool so not sleep problems. Sue and James (owners) were friendly and the was a relaxed atmosphere. Accomodation was of high quality (worth the 4 stars) The Full English Breakfast is to die for. Sue and James were also helpful with where to eat out (that didn't cost lots) and what to do. Blackpool Zoo is a place they expained about. It good for children and Adults (£14.99 for adults not bad as you could spend four hours easy).

I would say need somewhere to stay in Blackpool then this is the place to be (for me and my friends anyway)

When looking for a Hotel i like to look for quality and its reputation so when i stumbled upon The North Crest Hotel i was shocked and amazed at how beautiful it looked from pictures so i decided to book here for a 2 night stay i had to book the honeymoon suite because the hotel was fully booked which was a bonus because i knew it must be good, when we arrived i was over whelmed by the reception we received from both Jim and Sue which are 2 of the lovelist people we have ever met they answered all our questions and queries and knew a lot of the surrounding area, our room was top notch 11/10 for everything our bed was a gorgeous four poster bed the sheets and pillows were really comfortable (i forgot to ask where they got them from, i wanted some) our tv was a superb 26" Tv wall mounted and thats just the start. our bathroom fully equipped with posh shower and really nice toilet and very clean, they gave us shower gel and shampoo's and even a hair net ;) our room was beautiful :D breakfast was really nice to and you got a large selection of both hot and cold foods like cereals, croissants and fruits, yogurts and the hot was to die for everyone around us were all digging into their traditional full english (bacon, home made local sausage, Bury blackpudding, Potato Cakes, mushrooms!! there was loads..... luckily we walked to our bus stop to burn all the calories we had put on!!

Thank You Jim and Sue for an unforgettable Stay in your lovely and beautiful Hotel We will definetaly be back :D

Can i not go further than a 5 star :( there all worth 10

Room Tip: There all nice and beautiful and you would be impressed whatever you had
