we went with 2 friends had a very good stay Andy & Bernadette were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who would like a good time in Blackpool,will be going back again for the lights in september.
Had an great weekend although the weather was poor the hospitality was amazing and the hotel was a nice homely retreat after miserable weather outside thank you to Andy and Bernie for a brilliant weekend and we will be back

Enjoyed a comfortable one night stay in a family room. The Rock Dene was immaculate an Andy and Bernie were warm, welcoming hosts. The location was great - between the Pleasure Beach and Tower. I would definitely recommend!
First time at this B&B and first time in Blackpool for 5 years. Went up to Blackpool for a boys weekend with a friend of mine and to see the sights, to do the pleasure beach and night life. This place was a gem of a find, plucked from the internet. Just the right location for pleasure beach and the night life and just off the front. Lovely lovely family who run it, could not of been friendlier and kinder. What I would describe as a fantastic good old fashioned english bed and breakfast. Will definitely go back again
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
We had a long drive from London and when we arrived late and not only had they reserved us a car parking space but Bernie had the kettle on too!
Rooms are cosy, warm and clean and full breakfast is just yummy. Nothing is too much at this hotel - we were all treated like one big family.
Also an extra perk that you may not be aware of - the hotel offers half price tickets to Blackpool attractions - such as the tower, circus, dungeons and more. So make sure you ask Bernie or Andy before going out for the day as saves you money and a lot of queuing!
We had a great stay and will return next year with the rest of the family.
