Just back from a great two days stay at Birch Villa which was recommended to us by friends. Karen and Paul are lovely friendly people and made us feel welcome straight away, on arrival Karen gave us the choice of three rooms, showing us each one and letting us decide,we settled on room 5 which had a lovely bay window and a leather settee to add to our comfort, beds were very comfy and tea & coffee making facilities very welcome. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in a B & B,everything cooked fresh, piping hot and plenty of choice,to sum it up my husband commented to Paul that it was Cracking, we would certainly go to Birch Villa the next time we are in Blackpool. stayed for one night at this hotel, only one problem with that it wasn't long enough, karen and paul were excellent in all aspects, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean as were the rooms. The room which we had was on the small side but that reflected on the price we paid but also with an en-suite we were very well pleased. Thank you for a great stay, next time will be longer.

There is a great home cooked full breakfast in a clean & tidy dining room & a very pleasant bar for evening drinks ! Ideal location with a bus & tram stop at the end of the road ! I will be booking to stay here again !
