The willowfield is a well kept little B&B in a quiet road close to blackpool north station with small but clean rooms and a very friendly owner. It lacks most qualities that have given Blackpool a bad reputation, there are no drunken guests at a "hotel-bar" and no stag&hen partys, no noise from neighbouring bars and neither dirty beds nor broken windows. The single room was simple, but complete with teakettle and freeview-TV, while the "double" had a more traditional wallpaper and two large beds. Bathrooms are not ensuite and have showers only, but are in good condition and frequently cleaned.
Breakfast ist served quickly and includes cereals, toast, eggs and sausages, surely not extravagant, but quite good quality.

I have stayed at the Willowfield Guest House in Blackpool several times a year over the past 10 years or so.

Great location near Blackpool North train station and the north shore area of Blackpool.

Whilst the rooms are not ensuite they are really clean and for the price a bargain if you are staying in Blackpool for a few days.

Some free on street parking in front of the guest house if you are lucky, if not a large car park is just around the corner and Blackpool North train station is a 5 min walk.
