We've stayed here quite a few times and as it was £25 per night during the school holidays we booked again. The staff are really friendly and helpful and its in a good location for all the sights in Blackpool.
We had a large family room on the second floor facing the main road.It was very clean, the only change was that the sofa bed had gone and was replaced by a new camp style bed. However our son didn't sleep very well at all - it was rock hard, the duvet kept slipping off as there was nothing to tuck under - I ended up turning it round and tucking it under the legs of the bed to keep it in place.Saying that we had no noise from the road or other guests during our two night stay once we finally got to sleep.
Breakfast was ok, busy but we didn't see any sign of the queueing we've seen on previous stays.
My only suggestion would be that the public areas are kept a bit tidier - the stairs wanted a good hoover, the ladies toilet was still as grotty as my last review and the chairs in the breakfast area wanted a good clean.
But I'm sure we will stay again for £25

This is our second stay at this Travelodge and we will definitely be back any time we visit Blackpool.
The friendly and professional service combined with great value for money rooms make this a hard to beat option.
We had a family room - grandparents and 8 year old granddaughter - and can't find fault with any aspect of our stay.
All of the staff, led by great hands-on Manager Ben were terrific but if we had to single out one for special mention then Joe stood out for his friendly personality and attention to detail which made our stay extra special.
Travelodge should be proud of their staff team at this hotel.

Stopped for 1 night whilst competing in the blackpool ice skating festival. Very clean, spotless, everything looked so new! Tea and coffee in the rooms, as normal never enough milk sugar etc left, but was enough for 1 drink each! (2 of us were stopping), no free biscuits or shower gel, travelodge seem to have gone very tight in the last year or so, very clean and you get the minimal amount free!, bed was extreamly comfortable had a lovely nights sleep, lovely and warm in the room, shower worked well although I was dissapointed at not having a bath!, drinks in the bar were expensive, staff very very freindly stopped to talk to us for ages! very dissapointed in having to pay for parking! was very expensive and I dont agree with having to pay it when your stopping at the hotel! not happy at all with that!, very close to the seafront only a 5 min. drive away, would definately stop here again just wasnt happy at paying for parking
