I came to the Beechfield as part of a brass band as we were in town for a major contest at the Winter Gardens.
From the moment we stepped over the threshold, I was made to feel like I had stepped into someone's home.
The staff are friendly and are always on hand for a chat over a coffee. Their priority is to make you feel comfortable, and they do that to the highest standard possible.
The food is top class and well presented.
There is no doubt that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Blackpool.
The hotel is 5 minutes stroll to the town centre, with the Promonade at the bottom of the road. Ideal for those who want the Blackpool break without the miles of walking to get to the shops and attractions.
If you want 5* without the price tag, then this is the venue for your stay.
Without question the best in town! ! ! ! !

We came with a big group (about 80) and all the staff were helpful and we had a great stay. The bar was so nice we invited a whole group of people from another hotel to join us - again the hotel staff were fine with this, and everyone had a great time.

We stayed at the Beechfield for two nights , whilst experiencing the delights of Blackpool. We arrived on a friday to friendly and accommodating staff. They were knowing to our needs and looked to our requests immediately. We were well served at breakfast ( a great spread ) and served even better at the bar. Service with a smile and alot of cheer. A homely atmosphere, and great pleasure. I will be back... very soon. Thank you

Took my partner for a romantic valentines break at this hotel. It was an excellent weekend thanks to Julie and her staff, who made us feel very welcome. Good clean room and comfortable bed even for tall people like myself (6ft 2ins/185cm). Selected this particular hotel due to the excellent reviews on this site and was not disappointed as it certainly lived up to its good reputation. Hadn't been to Blackpool for several years but will definitely return and stay here again. The hotel is ideal for couples and families, as well as the lone business visitor. Close to the centre but just far enough away not to be inconvenienced by any rowdy revellers. Very enjoyable and allround excellent value.

This was our first stay at the Beechfield for a 4 day New Year Party (3 nights) 30th Dec to 2nd Jan and we had a great time.
Arrived at about 11:00 am and were immediately booked in and shown to our room.
All of the staff (from Julie the manager right down to the room maid) were just wonderful and so very friendly. We were treated like honoured guests from start to finish.
The food was excellent home cooked fare with a good (if somewhat limited) selection at every meal. The waiting staff are all young and very pleasant guys and gals who were extremely efficient and whilst we all enjoyed a bit of banter with them, they were always very respectful to the guests.
Nice homely bar with obliging bar staff and very reasonable prices. Being a Scot, that was quite important for me!!
Our room was of more than adequate size with a large comfortable bed. The en suite shower room was extremely clean and well maintained. It had a nice modern shower cubicle and the room itself was tiled from floor to ceiling and had superior sheet rubber type of flooring.
Over the years, we have stayed in several of the "better" Blackpool hotels and can honestly say that all things considered this was by far the best value hotel we have found in Blackpool. It also has the best free off road car parking facilities.
The Beechfield provides unpretentious cracking good value for money. They say you only get what you pay for, but in the case of the Beechfield you get quite a lot more and it is delivered in the most efficient and friendly way.
We will be back soon - very soon!!
