We visited Keswick for our Anniversary, we booked in advance, best decision in a long time. The atmosphere, lovely table settings and temperature were ideal. The service was perfect from setting foot through the door till we left. We would have been happy to spend much more than the £19.95 3 course table d'hote menu however the choices were too tempting.I had the Belly Pork for starters then the beef main both of which were very well cooked with delicious sauces, good selection of veg with mains, Hubby had calves livers in filo basket to start and Guinea Fowl main, again highly recommended. We shared a bottle of Prosecco which was very reasonably priced and delicious. Cheese for dessert with no surcharge, this was a pleasant surprise too . I would say probably best to book in advance as the doors were closed all day each time we passed by and this would have meant we missed out if we had waited till we got to Keswick to book a table
