We visited Keswick at the start of June for a short break. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed much longer if we could. We have already started to think about taking others here.
The b&b was excellent and I could not falter it in any way. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was, it was absolutely spotless. There were housekeepers every day but didn't start until 10 so we had time to get up or have a lie in.bathe bed was a little hard for me but you can please everyone and catering for this would be hard.mi guess you expect this when you travel and I would still go back and stay in the same room!
Danny, the owner, was great! He was keen to please and couldn't do enough for you. You can tell that he has a real passion for what he does. We were amassed how much he did everyday on his own! The rooms were lovely and clean and well designed, the breakfast was brilliant! The service was second to non and this place has had some real love put into it and was very thought out and customer focused! It was so confortable and met every need. Danny also has some good knowledge of the area which helped us.
I would recommend this b&b to anyone! It's amazing and great credit has to go to Danny along with a great big thank you!
Reading this back it doesn't seem to cover the points of how nice this was and how much of a great stay we had! Visit this b&b and see for yourself! we will be going back again, and again and hopefully with others.

Room Tip: We had a four poster room and for the small price I would recommend!!!!!!

My friend and I have visited Keswick each year for the Jazz Festival for the past 5 years.
This is the best place we have stayed.
Perfect location.Warm welcome, friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble.
Very clean and fresh.
Room super -can't think of anything that wasn't provided. MOST comfortable bed.
Food excellent.
Excellent value for money.
We have booked for next year.
No parking attached - but found a space easily around the corner- no problems..

Cannot recommend this B&B enough. Danny is very friendly and helpful. Our superior room (9) was lovely and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We were given keys to the 2 front doors which meant we could come and go at whatever time we wanted to. The small details of having a bottle opener and wine glasses was a nice touch. Parking is not the easiest but we did find spaces near by and it's a small price to pay for such a relaxing stay.
There were 4 of us in the party and each said we would return again.
There is a lot of competition in Keswick as each road seems filled with B&B's but we definitely found one that is worth the money

We have been through many B&B's at the Lake District and this one by far is the most well situated, friendly, clean and comfortable as well as the breakfast being very yummy ! We stayed for 4 nights in the Superior en-suite (room 9) and it was amazing, even better than what the photos looked like. The bathroom was huge with a big shower and bath which was needed after all the long walks. It was very spacious and relaxing to come back to with good views from the windows. The town centre was just around the corner with the best restaurants only a street away and the lake a 10 minute pleasant walk away. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, asking about our plans and also helping us carry the heavy suitcases up the stairs. Even though there was no deisgnated parking spaces there was plenty of room on the surrounding streets that were quiet and safe, which wasn't a problem at all. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in Keswick (even more to those wanting a romantic stay) and wish the stay didn't end, we will hopefully be visiting again soon. :)

Room Tip: Room nine was simply beautiful

Well, what can I say? We are so glad you had a great time here at Easedale House, and in Keswick. As you say we are ideally situated to give the best access to everything Kesiwck has to offer, and it has an awful lot to offer visitors. Glad you enjoyed your breakfasts, especially as, over the course of your stay, you went through the breakfast menu in its entireity!! Thank you for taking the time to share your Easedale House experience with others, and we hope to see you both here again in the future. Good luck to you both, it was out pleasure to look after you

We have just spent a weekend at Easedale House and had a great time. It is spotlessly clean with fantastic breakfasts, Great host's. the position is perfect, just a few mins walk to many restaurants & pubs. we ate in The George on the Friday night & then at A Different Taste on the Saturday night and had outstanding meals both nights! Parking is a pain but we would not let this put us off returning to Easedale House as it looks like most B&Bs in Keswick have no parking too. We stayed in room 8 which was front facing, we found it to be nice & quiet, the room is a good size with a lovely En suite bathroom complete with fluffy towels & robes and complimentary toiletries, bath with shower over it. Can't wait to return, many thanks for a great stay Danny!

Spent four nights in this very comfortable but reasonably priced guest house. The hotel manager Danny was extremely helpful and very welcoming. The other staff were just as friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and cooked as you required it. The room was very clean with fabulous views from the windows. Keswick town centre is literally a stone throw away with lovely fish and chips as well as a range of places / cuisines to choose from. There is even a halal indian restaurant. My son and my mother didn't want to leave. I know that if we went to keswick again we would certainly stay at Easedale House.
