Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was terrible. The hot food was cold. Could've knocked someone out with the sausages. Coffee and tea luke warm. Awful nights sleep due to kids running around til early hours and woken up early hours by woman shouting at her kids and another morning by men discussing some exchange of money outside our room. Very disappointed as premier inn usually very good. Weren't asked by staff if we slept well so the best nights sleep policy doesn't seem to apply to this branch.

This is about the third time we’ve been here and it’s as good as ever. The location is great for the restaurants and bars in Kendal and as with all Premier Inns it’s clean and warm. Staff great - the kettle was broken in our room and the lady on reception kindly got us a spare one from housekeeping.

Parking is a bit hit and miss if you arrive late so I’d get there early! To be expected for a town centre location though.

Would certainly come back.

Hotel is in an excellent position to access Kendal town centre. Has the usual high standard PI rooms. Great to have such close access to the table table restaurant, which also has the usual standards.

Stayed two nights limited parking outside and you have to pay a fiver a day when you are already a guest. Receptionist lovely lady very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is another matter rude staff hot buffet food was luke warm if you complained you got told by a very rude member of staff with dark hair and a ponytail it had just been put out fresh forgot about my poached egg
turned up half an hour late and was horrible. Breakfast waiting on staff a bit rude isn’t the customer always right lol.

We were visiting Bowness so ideal location, parking was £5 for 24 hours.
Our room on the bottom floor wasn't the cleanest, normally Premier Inn are spot on but there were random stains, cobwebs and a toothbrush in the travel cot which surely must have been spotted whilst putting it up by staff!!
Being Halloween weekend there was 2 tokens in the room to be redeemed for treats at reception.
Reception was decorated for Halloween.
We ate in the Table Table next door for evening meal and breakfast both were spot on.
