As usual the food was beyond amazing and the best around but unfortunately the poor service put a dampener on our night.
Our waitress was dressed very casual for a bistro and made our experience quite awkward. All went fine for the first hour but once the bistro was full, service slowed to a standstill. The gap between being given our dessert menus and ordering our dessert was about twenty minutes and the gap between finishing our desserts and getting our bill was about half an hour and only not longer as we eventually went to the bar to pay. We saw other people who'd had their menus for over 40 minutes, so it wasn't just; we also saw the waitress manage to put the cork of another customer's wine bottle in their bottle so perhaps she was very inexperienced.
All these could easily be remedied, if it's busy they either need two fast, experienced waitresses/waiters or they need three.
