What do people expect if you want 5star pay for 5star this place is excellent value much better than other city centre hotels. Clean tidy and good facilities free wifi in lobby well worth a stay.
Staff are very friendly and can't do enough all I can say to some of other reviews is did you stay at the same hotel.

Sadly had to stay here for a work trip with 3 collegues and it was awful.

After having the pleasure of booking in from a member of staff that didn't look like she enjoyed being there we started to arrive at the numerous problems.

Wasn't allowed 2 keys per room due to other guests losing/stealing them, the same also applies to the TV remote which are kept in the reception. Found out that milk was just being kept in a box at reception to take to your room instead of being placed in your room? Why?

The place was dated & dirty. Things didn't improve in our rooms. In one of the rooms the chest of drawers was missing a drawer, & the bathroom had no toiletries in. Also trying to get cold water out of the taps in the bathroom was impossible, it was tepid, mmm refreshing. n the second room we had half a can of Carling on the bed side table waiting for us, & a very nice stained pillow.

The breakfast in the morning was beyond awful. We were alone in the room with some food on hot plates. Cold food, cold coffee, & no staff to even ask for some actual hot food.

Please don't stay here, EVER!
