“Worth doing once”

As a piece of technology it is excellent, the tops of the ends are further apart than the bottoms because of the curvature of the Earth. You can walk across - be prepared for a strong breeze. Visit the local visitor centre to find out more about the bridge. It is like many locations; impressive when you first see it but becomes an everyday sight and its attraction is lost. There is a toll - £1.50 - to drive across in a car but makes travel between Hull and Grimsby a short, quick journey rather than a drive to Goole.

Lovely views from the bridge on a nice sunny day, kids love to go play in Little Swiss and in the park, right next to a lovely pub to go for a pit stop

“Awesome view”
Reviewed July 13, 2014

I have travelled over the Humber Bridge a number of times, but on a sunny summer morning, the awesome and mighty River Humber is a sight to behold. The size and scale of the thing takes your breath away. The bridge is magnificent and well worth the £1.50 charge to cross. There is a car park area so that you can pull over and walk right up and onto the bridge and it is really worth a visit.

It just looked amazing from a distance, We had to go and get a closer look. We crossed the bridge and sat by the riverside then had a bite to eat in the cafe - Well worth £1.50 Toll
