“Cold day in April.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 2, 2013

On a very cold April morning, we went into the Streetlife Museum to get warm. Well laid out street scenes from yesteryear, with a good selection of various means of transport. Even a room with old fashioned slot machines, even one with What the Butler Saw!! 20p per go, with a change machine available.
No cafe, but toilets available in the complex.

We were most impressed with this excellent free museum and the friendly staff. The adjacent historical museum was also very impressive.

“Well worth a visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 23, 2013

As a local it’s nice to see the Museums and the changes over the years. The Street Life is very good, Mainly for children but can also give a good insight into the past for adults too. Toilets are also very clean. If you’re in the old town it’s worth going around for a quiet stole around the buildings

This free museum is a must to all in Hull.

Walking through the streets you find transport through the ages and can ride in a carriage as it would have been!

Would recommend to people of all ages!
