“One of Hull's best features”
Reviewed July 5, 2013

This oasis of greenery and flowers in a reconverted dock is an ideal place for stepping away from the bustle of the city, for a lunch, a ball game, or attending one of the events it regularly hosts. Look for the Mick Ronson stage, and watch for the Jazz Festival.

Reviewed May 7, 2013

It used to be on my way home when I went to school in Hull.
Its changed a bit but not much. A nice traquil oasis in the middle of the city.

“Peaceful”
Reviewed April 12, 2013

Huge open park with ponds, lawns and foliage, nice place to sit and have your lunch in the summer to get away from the busy city. Plenty of benches and shaded spots.

“Updating and cleaning needed”
Reviewed April 2, 2013

Visited on numerous occasions. The open, planted areas are kept very nice. The seats around the edges and the ponds need cleaning and updating. Some of the seats are broken so finding somewhere to sit and be difficult The cafe offers simple meals and drinks. Plenty of space for children to run around.
