Although I have done this review it has taken far too long ,I started at 11am and it is now 12-30, One Hour and a Half,it could be cut down by two thirds, some questions are duplicated. Well about our stay at your hotel, all in all good apart from my comments, I hope I have been of some help,as that is how we all get better at what we do.

Have stayed here 2or3times before this time we were on our way back from Belgium with our young grandson and were going to visit the Deep so booked in here for the night he loved it only problem was no play area for children apart from this he asked why we had not brought him before and could he come back next time we came back that will be at New Year. He really enjoyed his dinner and breakfast and went back for seconds at breakfast. He loved the room as his bed was at the window and he was thrilled he could have a cup tea. he had his tea then went to bed and that was him till the morning. The room itself was lovely and spacious and spotless. See you all at New Year if not before and our grandson will be with us Yours Catherine and Douglas Buchanan also our grandson Brahnan.

Room Tip: All rooms are really good to the front you have a goog view

This hotel is 5 minutes' walk from The Deep and very close to the Museums Quarter, and only a 10 minute walk into the city centre. There are some great old pubs nearby. The views from the restaurant are really cool.

This is a 12 storey hotel. Ground to 6 is car park. 7 is reception, dining, bar and a few rooms. 8 to 1 is all accommodation.

The room was clean and well presented and had a great view over the Humber and the city centre. However, the temperature in general seemed down a few degrees. I'm normally boiling in a Premier Inn but there seems to be a policy of cutting costs currently.

Dining was a mixed bag:
Breakfast - the usual buffet style. However, the cooked items are kept under heat in very small containers and certain items seem to run out frequently. Otherwise, very pleasant.
Dinner - this was very poor value. I had the 'Indian Feast' - it had two metal dishes. One had a veg curry that barely covered the bottom of the bowl. The other had three small pieces of chicken. Feast eh? Not really. My wife had a lasagne that had been barely heated through.

It feels overall like Premier Inn are trying save a few pee by cutting corners where they can.

Another weird thing was the sound of sirens and alarms from the nearby industrial areas some of which would go off at 4:00am.

Usual no frills, no fuss, excellent service, friendly staff, pretty much like every other I've been in.

As others have mentioned the set up is a bit odd as the hotel is perched on top of a multi storey car park, giving some great views from the reception/bar/restaurant area on floor 7 and from the room too. Note - only the first floor of the multi storey is Premier Inn parking, perhaps 40 spaces but there's a good number of other ground level spaces just round the corner from reception.

Very handy to get into Hull old town over the foot bridge opposite.

Parking is beneath the hotel in a multi-storey, the route up to the hotel via the left felt like the trade entrance, nevertheless we had great rooms, clean, tidy good selection of channels on the TV and eating int he restaurant was good, quick friendly service.

Very handy for The Deep, then town etc.

Room Tip: Overlooking the water is possible, good to look out at first thing
