“Excellent hotel! Super excellent breakfast and really great staff!”
Reviewed February 23, 2013

Me and my partner have just come back from a great night away here. We travelled with our three children and went to The Deep which is within walking distance to the hotel. The hotel was clean and so were the rooms and the breakfast was excellent! The staff are really polite and friendly! Will come here again!

A very conveniently placed hotel in the city centre. It's only a short walk to the old centre of town and the excellent museum quarter. It's right by a busy road but you wouldn't know it inside the hotel. The free car parking was much appreciated. The room and service were good as was breakfast. We chose to eat dinner in the restaurant due to time constraints and although the staff were great the meal wasn't. It took a long time to come and was lukewarm on arrival. I would definitely stay there again ( son at Hull Uni.) but I'm not sure I'd have dinner there.

I stayed at this weekend on the 16th February 2013 with my husband and two children.
The reason for our visit was to visit The Deep Aquarium which was just across the road and meant we did not need to drive.
The directions the hotel texted to my mobile were great and easy to follow.
Parking was easy and free for the hotel.
We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who talked us through out stay.
We stayed in room 1225 which was a family room on the top floor. The view is not great from the side of the hotel we were on but that didn't bother us.
The room was lovely and had a double bed in and two single beds for the children. The room was bright and clean and had tea/coffee facilities in it. The bathroom was clean and okay for what we wanted it for.
We dined in the Premier Inn restaurant as was part of the package I made on-line. It was a meal deal and was okay for the price. You had a choice of three courses and included a drink.
Breakfast was great and you had a choice of everything in the buffet and you could also order other items such as porridge, omelettes etc.
The staff at this hotel was fantastic and were all helpful and polite.
Overall, my stay here was lovely and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, close to the Deep which was great. The room was large and comfortable with a great view. The shower room was nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating, told us were all they're facilities were and how to contact them if we had a problem (a high end london hotel I once stayed in I got the cold shoulder). The food was excellent and serve surprisingly quickly. The dinning area was also lovely and comfortable and had a great view of the city.

Typical Premier Inn feel, despite it being a tower bloc near the A63 and the Humber quay. Bedroom and Bathroom both clean and comfortable, bathroom cold in winter. Staff excellent. We stayed for two very cold nights in February and the bedroom was difficult to heat comfortably.

A superb hotel, extremely polite, helpful and courteous staff.
Having travelled up and down the country and stayed in lots of hotels, this is by far the best Premier Inns I have stayed at and one of the best hotels.
The food is extremely good value for money, well presented and very tasty.
The rooms are the usual high quality that one expects from a premier inn.
Definitely a flagship premier inn.
