“First visit and, will eat here again.”
Reviewed December 2, 2013

Ate here for the first time last week with family members. Very good friendly service,we were well looked after. Prices were very reasonable and,the food was plentiful and,of good quality.
Some of the decor could do with some tlc but,it was clean and, comfortable.

“One of the best Indian's in Tunbridge Wells”
Reviewed November 9, 2013

A handy location for a family night out with friends. Close to the station and free evening parking in Morrisons opposite. Good menu, reasonable prices and a warm welcome.

After eating in the Curry houses for 50 years feel qualified to give these boys my top rating. Time after time well cooked dishes with individual characteristics. friendly, personal, good value. Would give them 5 stars were ir not for the rather dated loo's

“Fantastic food.”
Reviewed September 21, 2013

This is the best Curry House in Tunbridge Wells (and we've done a lot of research!) Food is always good.Staff are lovely - last night we were heat testing chillis which was a very interesting experience....
Decor is a little dated and the colour scheme is adventurous, but the food is first class.

“Good local curry house”
Reviewed May 4, 2013 via mobile

Not quite sure why this restaurant has such a lowly trip advisor rating - is the best 'traditional' curry house we've found in Tunbridge Wells (have been searching for five years!). Now come here about once a fortnight. Good food with all the classic curry favourites. Wine and beer reasonably priced. Two downsides. Relatively expensive midweek compared to other nicer restaurants - the Gurkha and many other T Wells restaurants accept tastecard midweek, which makes a considerable difference to the overall bill. Also, there does appear to be a high customer 'oddball' ratio at this restaurant - the tables are pretty close together so you often overhear other people's conversations - estimate that every other time we go there we end up overhearing some weird conspiracy theory (or other weirdness) that has me and my boyfriend in stitches! Personally enjoy this quirkiness but perhaps best to bear this in mind if, for instance, entertaining inlaws... Anyway, great curry and would definitely recommend.
