A nice and very British cottage for slender and small persons. The stairs are extremely narrow and quite steep. It was all there, what you need for a week (oven, toaster, etc.)
The house may be "aired" more frequently.
The location of the house is quiet, very close to the "coast" and everything is within walking distance (supermarket, harbor, pubs ...)
We had wonderful weather and could walk along the coast to Margate. Canterbury is easy to reach by bus or train. The express train leaves to London every hour.
We completely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.
As an American family we liked the charming period character of the house combined with the modern conveniences we needed the availability of a travel cot was a god-send.
Excellent location, it felt like we were in a village square but with the sea and shops one minute walk away.
We highly recommend it.
This is a charming old Victorian house with all of the amenities and modcons you could wish for to cater for yourself. It's located a mere stones throw away from the beach and charming restaurants, with plentiful for kids to do.
