“Great place to stay”
Reviewed April 21, 2017 for a stay in April 2017

What a delightful cottage, lovely bathroom and everything provided for your stay. Plenty to see and do around the local area, all within easy reach by car or bus.
The owner Suzanne is always around and willing to help with anything.

Thank you Anne for that lovely review. I am so pleased you liked the cottage and it was great to meet you both. You are right about there being lots to do locally whatever the season. I hope to see you both again in the future, whether as guests, or as fellow neighbours in Thanet.

“Our 3rd year here”
Reviewed July 14, 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We really enjoy staying here. Suzanne keeps the cottage up nicely. It's the perfect size for a family of 3-4. Being self-catering makes it ideal for saving a little money on food while on vacation. There is also a washer/dryer unit in the kitchen also so you can leave with all of your laundry finished.

It is the perfect place to use as a base to explore Dover (20 miles), Canterbury (15 miles), Quex Powell Cotton museum, Broadstair, Margate or Ramsgate (15 to 20 minutes for each) to name just a few of an almost limitless list of places and things to do near Annie's cottage.

My only hesitancy in writing this review is more people will come to this wonderful place making it harder to get a booking.

Suzanne thank you for another great visit. See you next year.

“Absolutely wonderful!”
Reviewed June 23, 2015 for a stay in June 2015

We had the most amazing stay in this gorgeous cottage. It was so delightful and charming, and best of all it was relaxing and peaceful there. Everything you could ever need has been provided for you, and we just felt at home immediately. There is a lovely little garden at the front of the cottage where you can sit outside with a cup of tea and relax. The surrounding village is beautiful and the seaside is only a few minutes away by car. This was truly one of the best holidays we have ever had and we can't wait to come back again!

“Annie's Cottage, a chocolate box cottage with all modern amenities”
Reviewed May 13, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

My husband and I have just spent a very enjoyable week at Annie's Cottage. It provided a very comfortable base from which to explore the Kent coast as well as Canterbury and National Trust and English Heritage sites. Suzanne, the owner, was most welcoming and helpful and the shopping centre of Westwood Cross is close by providing an excellent range of services including supermarkets, shops, cinema and restaurants.
