Rather old lady-ish, but none the worse for that! Very 1980's decor but it has a quaint charm and there is - as far as I recall, no distressed furniture! Food is average, although I did have one of the most generous ploughman's lunches here on a recent writers' course. Quite spacious, which is always good - you don't have to practically sit in your neighbourt's plate!
