We have just spent a night at Farthingales,in what was the old shop. The entire building is wonderful, steeped with history and very clean and comfortable. The grounds are also great - full of surprises and add to the relaxing feel of the place. Peter is extremely friendly and accomodating - his relaxed approach to running Farthingales makes you feel instantly at home and relaxed. Nonington is a lovely village - you feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere yet it is actually a great location with transport links to all nearby attractions in Kent. Plenty of places to wak nearby too!
We loved our stay, we were completely impressed with the buildings and grounds and will definitely be returning in the future. We highly recommend,
