Lovely old style country pub and restaurant. Have had sunday lunch in restaurant, very good food and good value for money. Large outdoor area and play area for children and large parking area. Have also had bar meals, generous portions for the price. We often walk to the Robin Hood, lovely countryside and view along the way. Staff also friendly and helpful.

Thank Jane B

If you are walking the North Downs Way, this is a great place to stop for a beer. Having climbed up out of the Medway valley you find yourself walking along a road along the ridge with fantastic views to the west. The Robin Hood has a sign on the route and the pub is a few yards off it. We were welcomed into a busy pub despite out dirty boots and the beers are well kept.

Good food reasonably priced. My steak was cooked to perfection. Nice relaxed atmosphere. You can either sit in the pub by the real fire or in the conservatory.

I was keen to revisit this old haunt from my youth (50 years ago) but was dreadfully disappointed. The whole place seemed mucky and was in dire need of redecoration and we weren't made to feel at all welcome. We had intended to eat there, but ended up merely having a drink. We will not be returning.
