“Lovely, magical shop and friendly staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 26, 2014

Visited today with family - so pleased to see this lovely shop is still going strong (I remember coming here when my daughters were teenagers and they're now in their 30s).
It's full of beautiful things for sale - musical instruments, windchimes, jewellery, clothes, mobiles, much of it Fairtrade stuff and a treasure trove of colour and texture - and there's a womderful smell of incense. Takes me back to my (not-very-mis-spent) yoof! We could have spent ages there if we'd had more time.
Friendly and helpful staff were the icing on the proverbial cake - we left with smiles on our faces. A gem of a shop!

“Really cute shop”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 9, 2013 via mobile

Especially being a city with 2 universities and a college this shop is always busy and has beem here for many years. it has a bit of a hippy feel but that gives it a nice change if pace from the highstreet shops!

They sell everything from tribal instruments (djembes, rain sticks, digeridoos - even ones made from recyled drinks cans), smoking parephenalia, statues, clothing and even novelty goods.

Its a good place to buy gifts or have a nose around.
